2 egg whites
½ cup whole oats
2 scoops whey protein (natural)
3 tbsp non-fat greek yogurt
1 tbsp apple juice
Top with raspberries, pomegranate seeds & apple juice
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Ladle the batter into a preheated waffle iron and cook the waffles until golden and crisp.
4. Top with raspberries, pomegranate seeds and a bit more of apple juice and serve immediately.
