Grab a couple of sturdy chairs and try out this workout. Then let us know how you got on in the comments below:

1 CHAIR DIVEBOMBER sets 3 reps 8
2 CHARI OF DEATH sets 3 reps 10 (form tip: keep the weight on your heels)
3 PIKE PRESS-UP sets 3 reps 10
4 PISTOL TO PLATFORM sets 3 reps 5 each leg
5 L-SIT sets 3 hold as log as you can (form tip: don’t hold your breath)
