If you want to take it a step further, you can go to Squash. It’s got lots of fiber, low sugar impact, and great nutrients. Do a spaghetti squash, bake it and then strip it, and it’s like pasta.
You can also use a Spiralizer and make a delicious zucchini pasta that wows your friends! If you want to do pasta, do a mix of pasta and vegetables. Here’s a rule of thumb: One half cup of pasta to a cup of vegetables.
